We only select the best independent project consultants into our talent network, using a thorough process of CV screening, interviews and reference checking. Most are initially referred or recommended to us through a business school, consulting firm or corporate network.

We assess the suitability of each consultant based on their experience, skills and characteristics. Then we match them to specific projects and clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure the right fit.

We maintain a close contact with our clients and project consultants throughout every project to ensure all expectations are met. This feedback helps us to increase our consultants' impact and improve our own service and delivery.
