Stuart is a Director of Sterling and Chief Executive of RP International.

A founding director of RPI, Stuart has a wealth of experience, gained over almost two decades, helping clients to find and attract senior executive resource, specialised talent and contract consulting teams.

His clients include the foremost global and regional communications and technology firms across 50 countries. Based in Dubai over the last five years, he has successfully secured significant senior resource for the strategic start-up ventures and massive growth of many of the largest capitalized companies across the emerging markets of Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Stuart has worked at two major international recruitment organizations (Parity plc and PSD Group plc) where he headed their respective Telecommunications divisions developing strategic recruitment partnerships with British Telecom, Vodafone, Orange, O2, Nokia and Ericsson. He has an MBA from City University, UK.
