Julian is a Director of Sterling and Group Business Development Director of RP International.

A founding director of RPI, Julian oversees strategic global relationships with the international banking community as well as consulting companies like Accenture, IBM, Cap Gemini and LogicaCMG. He has been responsible for board level assignments in Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Latin America.

Julian has worked in the recruitment industry since 1985. He became Director of the Banking and Finance recruitment practice of Parity plc in 1992, at that time Europe's largest technology recruitment company. Two years later, he joined Pennna plc where he was responsible for recruiting IT and Operations Directors for major international financial institutions, including JPMorganChase and Goldman Sachs.
