Jo is a Consultant at Sterling and works across asset management, alternative investments and investment banking.

She joined the firm in 2008 and has directed searches for senior level hedge fund, portfolio management and research analyst professionals.

Prior to joining Sterling, Jo spent four years in New York at a boutique Executive Search firm. Her recruitment experience has been in banking and financial services, focused on the capital markets, including fixed income, equities, FX, commodities and investment banking.

Before working in Executive Search, she was a Strategic Policy Advisor for the Minister of Education in Australia. She holds a Masters of Political Science from IEP (Grenoble), a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
