Imelda is the Managing Director and founder of Sterling. She leads the firm and works with clients at a senior level.

Imelda is a former Director of the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. She also spent a significant portion of her career working around the globe at Monitor Company, a leading international corporate strategy consulting firm. She has extensive experience of strategic and contract consulting within the Gulf region.

Imelda holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a first degree in Chemical Engineering from Birmingham University, UK. Her industry line management experience was gained as an engineer and projects manager at Unilever and APV.
