Chantal is a Researcher on the Sterling team and supports the Consultants in Executive Search assignments for senior investment and advisory roles.

Prior to joining Sterling, Chantal was Business Development Manager for a luxury lifestyle company in Dubai. She also previously spent two years living in New York and working in a business development, marketing and research role.

She holds first degrees in Journalism from Rhodes University and Journalism and English from University of Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa.
